Wendl Foundation's Privacy Policy

Your privacy on the Internet is important to us. Our nonprofit organization does not gather information from users that visit our site. The wendlfoundation.org does not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. It also does not collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration.


Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Cookies can neither read any files on your computer, nor damage your computer. 


The Wendl Foundation does not gather personally identifiable information from our website. It also does not disclose personally identifiable information to a third party unless required to do so by a court order, law or governmental agency.


The Wendl Foundation encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and be familiar with the sites visited by their children. In general, wendlfoundation.org will not contain content that is reasonably considered unsuitable for children.


Our organization does not make our contributor list of donors available to other organizations. This process is carefully controlled and is consistent with our organization’s values. 



The wendlfoundation.org contains links to sites other than wendlfoundation.org. Those links will take you away from wendlfoundation.org to an entirely different site that might not share the same privacy policies as our own.


The Wendl Foundation reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time.  Any changes in policy will be noted in a revised privacy policy statement and will be posted at least 30 days prior to implementation.
